Jean-Manuel founded Adelie in 2018. He has more than 15 years of experience advising and investing in financial services and technology companies. He worked in particular for Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in London where he was an advisor to lending platforms, fintech companies and leading tech investors such as DST Global and Rocket Internet.
Previously, Jean-Manuel worked with the founders of Clipperton at NetsCapital, a tech-focused corporate finance boutique.
He graduated from Centrale Supelec in Engineering and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Prior to joining Adelie in 2020, Quentin worked as right-hand to the CEO & COO at SpaceFill, a B2B SaaS logistics startup, and as junior consultant at Accenture Strategy in the Financial Services practice.
He graduated from ESSEC Business School (Master in Management) and followed the Venture Capital & Entrepreneurship track.
Hugo joined Adelie in 2023. Previously, he worked at Quadrille Capital in Venture Capital, in large cap M&A at Crédit Agricole CIB in the P&U division and in FP&A at Worldline.
He is a graduate of the GETT triple degree program from EDHEC Business School during which he studied in France, in South Korea at SungKyunKwan University and in California at UC Berkeley.
Prior to joining Adelie in 2023, Victor worked at Prejeance Capital Partners in Private Equity and is the founder of two Fintech startups operating in the Venture Capital and Retail banking fields.
He graduated from HEC Montréal and is following the Master in Finance Corporate track at ESSEC Business School.
Nicolas co-founded Clipperton in 2003 and participated in many of the transactions completed by the firm since then. Prior to this, he was a strategy consultant for Mars & Co and an investment banker for Nets Capital, a tech focused corporate finance boutique.
Nicolas is an HEC alumnus and holds a post-graduate degree in Finance and Economy from Paris School of Economics.

Thibaut joined Clipperton as a Managing Partner in 2009. Before this, he was a Project Manager at strategy consulting firm Mars &Co, where he worked for 9 years for large TMT blue chips in Paris and London.
Thibaut graduated from École Polytechnique (X 1993), ENSAE and holds a Master of Science in Finance & Economics from the London School of Economics.

Antoine joined Clipperton in 2010. He began his career at Mars & Co, a leading strategy consulting firm, where he participated in various projects for Fortune 500 clients in the Consumer Electronics industry. He then worked at Apple EMEA Headquarters in London.
Antoine is an HEC alumnus and holds a Master in Digital Business Strategy from Telecom Paris (ENST) and HEC Paris.

Stéphane co-founded Clipperton in 2003. He has led the company's efforts in Germany with the opening of its first office in Berlin in 2013. Previously, Stéphane worked for eight years in consulting at CDC Consultants and Mars & Co (in Paris and London) and in investment banking at NetsCapital (as a Partner in Paris).
Stéphane graduated from Ecole des Mines de Nancy.
